Antes de las pasadas elecciones del 6 de Diciembre del 2015 Venezuela no presentaba alternativa alguna para cambiar la situacion en la cual se encontraba, los communes problemas que pasaban sobre la escaces, la inseguridad, la falta de oportunidades, la alta tasa de desempleo, aunado a ello el incremento a de la tasa de mortalidad producto de la delincuencia comun, el abuso a los manifestantes, el atropello por parte de la instituciones parcializadas al unico mandato del poder nacional, desde luego, los derechos humanos han sido reprimidos directa e indirectamente, colectivo o difusamente. Desde entonces el sufragio celebrado llevo a la MUD a ostentar finalmente un poder sumamente importante para todos los Venezolanos, el poder parlamentario, cuyo proposito se orienta a brindarle a los Venezolanos una solucion a todos los problemas, principalmente uno de tantos, fue el proyecto de la Ley de Amnistia para los presos politicos, desde entonces una vez presentada esta no tuvo cabida en los escenarios politicos, por un Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, que revisa la constitucionalidad de las leyes y esta pues la veto de inconstitucional y todo el actuar de la Asamblea por ser mayoritariamente opositora, es en tal sentido como lo definen varios politicos, se origina el choque de poderes porque uno no reconoce al otro y no hay una mutual cooperacion entre los poderes para llevar a la gobernabilidad de un Estado, y desde ahi la crisis politica se ha acentuado en la vida de cada uno de los Venezolanos.
Ante tal situacion,dirigentes politicos, esposas de presos politicos, estudiantes presos, activitas de derechos humanos, defensores de los derechos humanos, estudiantes, y demas personas, han apoyado la iniciativa del Referendum Revocatorio, como ultima instancia para poder darle una salida a la crisis que atraviesa el pais con mayor escala y picada. Venezuela hoy no tiene insumos medicos, ni alimentos, es una clara muestra que los Derechos de los ciudadanos estan siendo pisoteados por el poder, Lilian Tintori,¨RESCATE VENEZUELA¨, Ignacio Mendoza ``Nacho`, la Fundacion Caritas, han mantenido el deseo de aportar una ayuda ante la situacion cruel que padecen millones de vidas y que necesitan de estos, el Gobierno Venezolano ha negado el ingreso de insumos medicos por parte de Caritas, fundacion española que brindo el soporte para los que estan solicitando un medicamento y no los encuentran, por la falta de divisas de las empresas que no son otorgadas por el ente distribuidor, Cadivi, y tampoco ha proporcionado colaboracion, en la aperture del Canal Humanitario, es decir, niega rotundamente que no existe tal crisis, y es donde mas se afinca la controversia, esto no solo lo afirmado el Presidente Nicolas Maduro, tambien sus embajadores, Delcy Rodriguez, al manifestar, que: En Venezuela no hay crisis, solo es una situacion dificil, en Venezuela estan todos los anaqueles lleno de productos basicos¨ dicho todo esto en la OEA frente a demas Estados y El embajador de...
