Let's Exercise the Fat Off
Honestly, one of the biggest problems in the U. S. and even the world is obesity. In fact more than one-third (34. 9% or 78. 6 million) of U. S. adults are obese (Center for Disease Control). The crazy part is that it's the easiest problem to fix. Now you're probably saying, "We've tried, but nothing works!" That's because we have been doing everything the wrong way! All these scientists have been trying all these different medicines and big procedures, but there have been no major breakthroughs. We've already found the "cure" or "treatment, and it's the simplest thing ever, EXERCISE! Enjoyable exercise will decrease the World's obesity problem, will prolong humanity's life expectancy, and will boost humanity's self-esteem.
More and more people think that medicines and surgeries have the answer to an "easy way out" of losing body fat, but they're wrong. You can't remove all the body fat from your system through surgery, at least not for long. Plus, this exercise does what that medicine can't do, improve the world's life expectancy rate. "You" will know the fat is gone, but your body won't know the difference. It will continue to make fat at the same rate it was before this. Unless you teach it not to. Creating body fat is something your body will always do, but excessively creating fat is more of a "muscle memory". When you eat your body has to make a choice, "Do I want to use this food for energy?" or, "Do I want to store this energy as fat?" When you aren't exercising, your body will do what it's used too, which is the second choice. Now, there are many people these days that think what you eat is the reason you gain body fat THEY ARE WRONG TOO! Does eating right help? Yes. Is eating right more important than exercising? No! Eating right may slow down the process of creating fat, but it will not make you lose it. Your body uses fat when it needs energy, right? Well, you're getting all the energy you need from that salad. So the fat won't be consumed.
Exercise though, is what loses fat....
