Obtaining my degree allows me to become competitive in the work force. I am about to finish my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. On my military side I have completed all of my Professional Development courses for my rank. I strive to keep knowledgeable and current to gain the respect and confidence of my seniors and peers. I am not fearful of gaining responsibilities. I enjoy to learn from others and respect others opinions. My peers and supervisors see me as a responsible, caring, and trustworthy person.
