Ovaj projekat je rađen u Zajednici za osiguranje imovine i lica u Subotici kao zastupnishtvu glavne filijale deoničarskog drushtva za osiguranje i reosiguranje u Novom Sadu. Delatnost ovog zastupnishtva obuhvata sledeće osnovne vrste osiguranja:

        Osiguranje motornih vozila
        Osiguranje u poljoprivredi
        Osiguranje u industriji

        osiguranje ivota pojedinaca kao i grupno osiguranje ivota

        osiguranje lica od posledica nesrećnog slučaja

        evidentiranje dostavljanja ponuda i njihovog skladishtenja
        evidentiranje procene ponuda i izrade polisa
        evidentiranje formiranja konsignacionih lista i njihovog skladishtenja
        evidentiranje naplate premije osiguranja
        evidentiranje poslatih opomena i njihove naplate
        evidentiranje raskinutih ugovora i ponishtenih polisa
        evidentiranje isteklih ugovora, isplaćenih premija i ponishtenih polisa
        evidentiranje obnavljanja ugovora
        evidentiranje izrade novih polisa nakon obnavljnja ugovora
        evidentiranje prijavljenih nezgoda
        evidentiranje procene nezgoda

1.1 Prikaz dijagrama toka podataka (DTP)
Dijagramom toka podataka omogućava prikazivanje poslovnih procesa koji se odvijaju u okviru poslovnog sistema za koji projektujemo informacioni sistem. Na taj način stičemo uvid u tokove podataka i informacija unutar tog sistema, njihovu strukturu kao i primaoce i poshiljaoce tih informacija i podataka.
DTP (Dijagram Toka Podataka) mo e biti izrađen na globalnom ili detaljnom nivou;
Na globalnom nivou entiteti koji se javljaju u toku funkcionisanja sistema kao i tokovi podataka koji cirkulishu između njih i procesa, se navode samo uopshteno;
Na detaljnom nivou se preciznije i detaljnije prikazuju svi poslovni procesi, entiteti i tokovi podataka između njih kao i skladishta u kojima se vrshi arhiviranje podataka potrebnih za odvijanje poslovnih procesa;
Između DTP- a na globalnom i DTP- a na detaljnom nivou mo e postojati veza;

1.1.3 Opis spoljnih entiteta
To je lice koje eli da zaključi ugovor o osiguranju i u tu svrhu podnosi pismenu ponudu zajednici osiguranja;

Organ koji na bazi primljenih ponuda za osiguranje vrshi procenu i na osnovu nje prihvta ponudu i izrađuje polisu ili odbija ponudu. Komisija takođe vrshi i procenu invaliditeta osiguranika nakon do ivljene nezgode;

Lice koje zaključuje ugovor o osiguranju sa zajednicom osiguranja, u korist osiguranika i lice putem kojeg je omogućena plaćanje premije osiguranja;

Lice koje vodi evidenciju o naplaćenim premijama putem konsignacionih listi, koje mesečno izrađuje i shalje zastupniku radi naplate premije osiguranja i to i tekućih i zaostalih do tri meseca;

Lice od čijeg do ivljavanja nesreće, stepena invaliditeta ili smrti zavisi isplata ugovorene osigurane sume;

Organ koji vrshi isplatu ugovorene osigurane sume nakon isteka ugovora, kao i isplatu naknade osiguraniku po osnovu nastale shtete...
