The satisfaction of customers and knowing their needs is beneficial to the success of Hartman Industries, LLC; therefore, implementing ISO 9000 increases loyalty and continual business from customers. The leadership principle will help management to engage people in understanding what the company's goals and objectives are, and to work towards obtaining the goals. The flow charts first steps are to receive material into the facility and place it into a warehouse for later use. Although this may be good for mass production of common products, the flow chart indicates in later processes that molds are made for custom jobs per customer requirements. This would indicate that the process of storing excess material in warehouses only ties up cash flow to maintain floor space and inventory as well as wastes available resources to process large volumes of excess material. Hartman Industries should cut out the process of storing excessive raw materials and receive material based on customer needs. This would reduce variation in inventory levels and allow the company to focus hu...
