Describe any safety hazards seen (i. e. pollution, stray animals, buildings in disrepair, etc. ) There are stray wild animals (rats, racoons, etc. ) in the Industrial Heights area. I believe the reason for that is the accumulation of trash along the sidewalks and alleys. There is also a lot of graffiti found on the walls of buildings.
In the Casper Park District, streets are clean, but the park requires a cleanup. A major high-rise building is boarded up. The area has a lot of narrow ally ways which could become an issue if they are not kept clean. Homeless could use them as a living area. Also, there is an elevated train running through the area.
