Every day, people are making new friends thanks to social networking. Not only may these people become life-long friends, but they may also become employers. There are countless music artists who became famous with the sole help of the internet. All one must do is record, upload, and BAM-their music is streaming live to people's computers, cell phones, and iPods in seconds. Workers, managers and other business owners are constantly scouring the web looking for new job opportunities-whether they want to give them out, or apply for them. An interesting job title has recently come about. They go by the official name of Youtubers. These Youtubers have usually become famous by the use of vlogging, also known as video blogging. Eventually, these Youtubers meet other Youtubers with similar interests and senses of humor and start down the long road of friendship.One issue brought up to me as a child was "Don't talk to strangers." By the time I was old enough to access the computer by myself, my mother decided to also include online strangers in this rule. Due to the fact that I was not socially accepted by my peers, I quickly broke this rule. All my life I have been considering "weird" and "different". But alas, have no fear, the Interwebs are here!
