Case Study Thirteen Days- Business Management
When watching this movie, I felt very anxious in wondering what would happen next with every plan being speculated and each decision being made. I absolutely loved how President John F. Kennedy carefully and thoroughly sought out which resolutions were best for not just him but the United States. Special Assistant to President Kenneth O'Donnell was supportive not only as the President's Special Assistant but also as his friend. My favorite character was President John F. Kennedy. I admired his administration, the situations that had come to his attention, and the way he held himself throughout everything happening during his presidency. He did not let anyone take advantage of his authority. Neither made him feel different about himself in how he would obtain the Cuban Missile crisis predicament. I also admired his assistant Kenneth O'Donnell. I learned from his course of action in this movie that even though everyone is under an enormous amount of pressure, not just the United States defense systems. He still held a good head on his shoulders. His decisions were not rational, and he would regret them in the future. Time is a significant factor; he did what was best for the United States.
President John F. Kennedy's ethnic views were more of a mix between the two ethnic views of the right view and the justice view. He wanted to protect the United States while trying to treat both sides adequately. He was careful not wanting to commence war. Nevertheless, the United States defense systems were permissive in wanting the greater good of the United States. The level of corporate responsibility used was ethical. He was just and fair in most of his social responsibility actions. The United States defense systems were benevolent, focusing on what was best for the United States alone. They did not care much for what credentials were taken upon Cuba. They were not concerned about what counteraction would further be taken upon the United States from Cuba or Russia—knowing that it would most likely start a war endangering the Uni...
