Vitamin C
Do you think vitamin c is essential in the body's defenses against diseases? The World we
live in a state of constant fear of diseases. Plants and some animals make their own Vitamin C,
but humans do not. For this reason, humans need to seek Vitamin C from other sources. Vitamin
C also helps with the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body. It helps the body
makes an important protein used to make skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels.
Vitamin C is needed for healing wounds, and for repairing and maintaining bones and
teeth.Vitamin C can get it from the food like fruits and we can also get Vitamin C tables.
Vitamin C helps with lots of things but things I will be talking about in paper will be how it helps
with common cold, mental health (stress) and cancer. Vitamin C is an extremely beneficial on
treating the common cold and mental health, but not for cancer.

are also benefiting from vitamin C. She explains that patients that have cancer should eat vitamin
C in food rather than the tablet vitamin C. There have been studies done on vitamin C and how it
can help cancer but there is proof in this article that show vitamin C can help fight cancer.

experimental studies indicating that vitamin C may have effects on the immune system.
