People depend on natural resources for their survival. The Earth’s ecological cycle cleans the air we breathe, recycles and purifies the water we drink, provides us with food and fuel. The diversity of natural resources also provides economic and community benefits through the use of resources in forestry, farming, and fishing. This research is based on Sustainable Development, Millennium Development Goals, Sustainable Development Goals and South African National Development Plan: vision 2030 as well its objective.
