Abstract
Kids under 16 shouldn’t have access to a smartphone . Kids under 16 is too young because of cyberbullying, losing sleep at night, and inappropriate websites. There are several reasons why kids should not have cell phones. Kids with cell phones are likely to spend too much time on them, keeping them from doing more productive things like exercising and reading. There is increasing evidence of addiction to electronic devices, which like any other kind of addiction is destructive. Many kids with cell phones lose sleep because of talking at night or because of being anxious that they do not miss a call, and as a result suffer from headaches and sleepiness during the day, which interferes with learning at school.
Kids mostly shouldn’t have a smartphone because of the cyberbullying that’s going on in this world right now there is too much exposure to cyberbullying , inappropriate adults sites ,and suicidal post.

Kids under 16 is too young because of cyberbullying. One of the concerns are parents fail to monitor the cyberbully. Most of the kids today are killing their selves because of internet bullies. But most of the time parents aren’t making it no better by not monitoring their kids or their cellular devices. According to the evidence it states, “ Often kids and teens don’t share their online interactions with their parents, until these interactions become unbearable and even then they may say nothing says “Julie Baron”. Children who are under the age of 16 should not be able to use social media so openly. I believe that if you are 16 then you responsible enough to have a smartphone.
