    In the play Romeo and Juliet by William Shakesphere, there are several people that can be blamed for the death of Romeo and Juliet. Because of them fighting with the Montague’s, forcing Juliet to marry Paris, and threatening to disown her if she didnt, Lady and Lord capulet are to blame and should be punished for Romeo and Juliets death. In the play, there are multiple examples of this happening.
    In the play, the capulets were always known how they were fighting with the Montagues.One moment of this happening is when Tibalt is killed and the Montagues and Capulets are argueing about whether or not Romeo should be punished or not. This causes more conflict and stress in the moment, and helps make the situation worse than it could have been. This fight soon leads to the decision of Romeo being kicked out of Verona that causes a string of events leading to their death.
Trying to force Juliet into marriage was another big cause of their deaths. The capulets say that their trying to marry Paris so she can feel better, but it makes her feel worse. She displays this, but they don't care if she does want to or not.Instead, when she said she didn't want to, they yelled at her, and said she was ungrateful.
