As humans, we tend to take in information and distort it with our own perception; this then can lead to claims being made based on errors in our brains. These errors in our brains can cause us to make claims based on our errors in reasoning. By analyzing claims with "FiLCHeRS," one can minimize these errors in perception to achieve an accurate conclusion while taking all outside factors into consideration. The Xango Juice case study allows us to see that David and Ann were not true experts on the claims they made.
