There are various workers in the shop which are needed; here below is a list of all the workers which a shop like "Keep on Reading" should have.Stock managers- There is one of this worker who handles all the stocks, what goes in, and what goes out, he also calls the suppliers if need of more stock. Publishers-Web Designer- designs the shop website to advertise the shop to get more customers and sales.* Publishing team- Create the rest of the advertising material i.e. logo, posters, business cards info. Leaflets etc. help web designer if needed- two publishers or as many needed to complete the work.Database and spreadsheet maintainer- These two workers work with the manager and stock manager to help sort out the database, they look after all the data bases and spreadsheets, they maintain and update as much as they need to, also look after all the stock and sales check through the database and salaries through spreadsheet.Accountant- Manages and handles all the money and bills, sorts out the tax rates, salary payments, deduction, etc. helps the manager with salary and other jobs.Marketing team- Group of workers who go out and hand out the leaflets or business cards, advertise the shop, and help the marketing sales go up by recommending people to the shop.Delivery Drivers- A driver who picks up the necessary items or resources need or if need to also picks up products or delvers books to the buyer.Team manager- Since the manager can't do all the work, the team manager/s help with the manager by also helping the staff.Administration- Any enquiries or problems can be said to the administration which can be forwarded to the manger or receptionist if needed.* Receptionist- Takes care of phone calls or orders over the phone, handles question or if any calls are need to be made, deposits etc.There may or will be more workers than the ones listen above. However these workers are what a shop needs.
