AbortionEvery year in America, over 1,000,000 murders never reach the courtroom. They never reach the courtroom because they are completely legal. Abortion continues to grow across the world. America and society in general has deemed this inhumane act to be okay. What people don't seem to realize is that people are killing an innocent human being. No matter what anyone believes, it is a human being, and the mother shouldn't have the right to kill it if she doesn't want it. She can do other things to give up the baby besides killing it.But what if the girl is raped? There are many positions on this section of abortion. At least that way the child still lives and goes to a good home, where the baby can grow up in the world instead of dying.Why doesn't America see abortion as murder? America doesn't see abortion as murder because they say the fetus is not a living creature, but is it? Yes, it is. The human life begins when a sperm fertilizes an egg. Food and oxygen pass from the mother's bloodstream to the fetus by means of the Placenta. After two months, the fetus is about 1 inch long and can move its head, mouth, arms, and legs and has a heartbeat. The fetus has recognizable features after three months. This is around the time when the abortion takes place. If the fetus is not alive, why can it do almost all the things like a born baby.A woman walks into an abortion clinic one day and has a partial birth abortion. She walks out a few hours later, child-ridden, drugged up on pain killers, and maybe a little tired. The baby was killed and disposed of. Meanwhile, another female stabbed her grandmother to death because she didn't want to have to take care of her, and went to jail for murder for the rest of her life. What is the difference? Besides the age of the two victims, essentially, there is none. Two innocent human beings were killed.In conclusion abortion is murder, and millions of females get away with it every year. This is why it should be illegal. The supreme court should make the decision to outlaw abortion completely. No child deserves to die just because the mother was too irresponsible to have sex and not want to be responsible for the baby if she was to get pregnant.
