To identify your own sources of stress you must examine your life and habits. Many times people find things to help them deal with life that is worse than the actual stress. Numerous people smoke, drink, do drugs, and over or under eating. Many people also turn to medications. This stress management article, lists many other ways of dealing with it that are bad for you.
