What is Fitness?
In my opinion fitness does not only refer to being physically fit and getting to wear this amazing active wear, but also refers to a person’s mental state as well. If a person is physically fit, but mentally unwell or troubled, he or she will not be able to perform as-well as they are not in the right mind space. Mental fitness can only be achieved if your body is functioning well and you are persistent and most importantly optimistic. You can help relax your own mind and eliminate stresses by exercising regularly and eating a healthy balanced diet.
Being healthy and fit in the simplest terms means taking good care of the body which is your temple. Good health of both mind and body helps maintain the required energy level to achieve success in life and fulfil those dreams. I strongly feel that we must all strive to achieve wholesome health but this statement has become quite hard to achieve as unfortunately for the majority of our population being active and fit has become just a want and feel the need to spend up to eight hours glued to a screen portraying these images instead of actually going out.
Protecting our body from the intake of harmful substances, doing regular exercises, having proper nutritional food and sleep are some of the most important instances that define a healthy lifestyle, all these components rely on each other as without one the other will suffer. A healthy and fit person is capable of living the life to the fullest, without any major medical or physical issues. Being healthy has been many times misunderstood ...
