As per the instructions given, we have brainstormed regarding the cost-effective methods that can be followed for recruiting an employee for the role of Assistant Manager of Customer Service and Sales. Below are the recruiting methods along with the explanation of our rationale, intuition, and assumptions concerning the modest budget allocation and also based on the statistics of longer employee tenure.

1. Direct Advertising: This recruiting plan can be made and followed by the employer without depending on recruiting agencies or third parties in the hiring procedure. The company's website, social media platforms like LinkedIn, and Industry publications are the major sources for direct advertising.
Every company owns its website to provide information regarding its products, business, achievements and plans to its stakeholders. A career portal can be developed, and job listings can be posted on the same website. This helps to attract genuine job seekers in search of employment in a particular industry. This can also be termed a cost-effective recruiting plan. Social Media Platform In this highly competitive world, social media help to boost branding and keeps you accessible to the target audience with virtually zero costs and no drilling from the pocket. A platform like LinkedIn could also be used to post job advertisements and search for the correct person based on the profile. As per the statistics, on average, a job seeker spends 30 minutes a day on LinkedIn and almost 51% of Canadians between the age group of 25-44 use it. Recruiters can also spend a nominal price for advertising jobs for more reachability and to attract more applicants.
Industry Publications The set of people who go through these publications are the ones who work in a particular industry or sector. This kind of advertising helps recruiters to find the most genuine job seeker and it would also reduce junk profiles as they can rightly connect to the target audience.
