Description
HRIS is a centralized tool in which it can facilitate collaboration within the organization through streamlining and improving procedures such as enabling employees to develop and track career goals, transparency as it pertains to hiring, the ability to quickly identify well-qualified applicants, and lastly to automate payroll processing for paychecks and expense reports.
The HRIS would capture all data related to HR and payroll and provide tools needed for management to track and monitor data in order to better align with departmental goals and organizational goals.

Develop and implement a Human Resource Information System (HRIS), through automation, where information flow is regulated, and producing accurate and reliable output.
