Blackout Review
“Patriots always talk of dying for their country and never of killing for their country.” Call of Duty: Black Ops have created a new game mode in their franchise. Originally, Call of Duty had only had two game modes in their games, multiplayer and campaign mode. With the new rise of battle royale games, they have decided to make their own battle royale mode and put it into their new game. They are calling this game mode, “Blackout.” Blackout is considered to be a battle royale game mode where there are 88 players on a map, and they are to fight until there is only one player left. There are a significant number of pros to this game, but there are also a few downsides. The guns, vehicles and medical equipment run smoothly, but the point of view from which the game is played leaves a little to be desired.
The guns in this game mode are the same as in the original multiplayer game mode. With the beta of this game only out as of now, Call of Duty has done a fantastic job of making the process of picking up, reloading, and shooting guns in this game very smooth and easy to use. Call of Duty made this game mode stand out the most by adding at least one gun from every Call of Duty that has ever come out. All the way from the very first Call of Duty: Black Ops to the new game, Call of Duty: Black Ops Four. By them adding this to their game, many Call of Duty lovers have come to love this game mode and can truly experience all of the Call of Duty games all in one game. Alongside the guns in the game, for the first time, they have added moving vehicles.
In the new mode, Blackout, Call of Duty has added a new part to their game; they added moving vehicles that you can operate in the game. In the previous Call of Duty’s, there have been vehicles in the game, but you have not been able to drive then or operate them. They have added four wheelers, helicopters, boats, and army trucks. These vehicles run very smoothly and can be operated very easily. For this being the first time they have incorporated moving vehicles that can be operated by the players, it is surprising that they run that smoothly into the game. It is also nice that they added the capability for more than one player to be on the vehicle at on...
